Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal (When Applicable)
Legal Notice: EU law requires us to inform you about withdrawal effects, even though they don't apply to PreMiD Premium subscriptions where you waive this right.
Important: This section only applies to situations where the right of withdrawal has NOT been waived. For PreMiD Premium subscriptions, you explicitly waive this right to receive immediate service access (see Section 3 below).
In cases where withdrawal rights apply, if you withdraw from a contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
However, for PreMiD Premium subscriptions, no refunds are provided because you waive your withdrawal right by requesting immediate service commencement.
3. IMPORTANT: Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

Please note: For PreMiD Premium subscriptions, you explicitly request that we begin providing the digital service immediately upon purchase.
By purchasing PreMiD Premium, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You explicitly request immediate performance of the digital service
- You wish to access Premium features without waiting 14 days
- You understand that by requesting immediate service commencement, you waive your 14 days right of withdrawal
- Once the service begins, you cannot withdraw from the contract and receive a refund
Why This Matters
Digital services like PreMiD Premium provide immediate access to features and benefits. Under EU law, if we begin providing the service immediately at your request, you lose the standard 14 days withdrawal right that applies to other types of purchases.
4. Cancellation vs. Withdrawal
Important Distinction
- Right of Withdrawal: The legal 14 days period to cancel without reason (waived for immediate digital services)
- Subscription Cancellation: You can always cancel your subscription for future billing periods
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You maintain the right to cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log into your PreMiD account
- Navigate to "Manage subscription"
- Click "Cancel subscription"
Important: Your Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to § 356 para. 4 BGB and Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal expires for digital services when:
- The service has been fully performed, and
- Performance began with your prior express consent, and
- You acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would expire upon complete performance by the entrepreneur
This exception applies to PreMiD Premium subscriptions when you request immediate access to Premium features and consent to service commencement.
6. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after purchasing?
If you agreed to immediate service commencement (which is required to access Premium features instantly), you cannot receive a refund under the right of withdrawal. However, you can cancel future renewals at any time.
What if I didn't use the Premium features?
The waiver of withdrawal rights applies once the service is made available to you, regardless of actual usage.
What about technical issues or service problems?
This withdrawal policy doesn't affect your statutory rights regarding defective services. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.
Can I still cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. This is different from the right of withdrawal and remains available throughout your subscription.
